Our cancellation policy charge is set in place to protect our appointments made just for you and your treatment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours before your appointment there is no charge. 24 hours-12 hours before your appointment there is a fee occurring of your deposit holding and any appointments cancelled or rescheduled including no show appointments on the day will incur a full payment of your treatment booked in before you’re able to book a future appointment you must pay for your missed session.
